About Us
There was a time when food was made with intention.
Cows lived gently, farmers worked with the land, and families trusted what came from their soil. But as industrial dairying took over, this harmony faded. Convenience replaced compassion, and traditions that protected purity and animals were left behind.
Bhadrika was created to restore that balance.
Led by lifelong farmers, Bhadrika isn’t built on theory but lived experience. We are farmers first, carrying forward generations of ethical dairying, natural farming, and respect for every element of the ecosystem, including cows, land, people, and food.
At Bhadrika, every jar of ghee carries that intention:
cruelty-free practices, traditional Bilona preparation, gut-friendly A2 milk, and a deep commitment to sustainability from farm to flame. Our indigenous cows are cared for with compassion, never force or industrial treatment, and their A2 milk becomes ghee through slow, small-batch hand-churning.
This is ghee that keeps its satvik purity, its strength, and its honesty—because it’s made the way our ancestors knew was right.
Pure by Tradition, Compassion by Choice
This philosophy guides every step we take.
We create ghee that is as ethical as it is pure. Authentic A2 Bilona ghee that nourishes body, heart, and heritage, while giving back to the farmers and cows who make it possible.

The Bhadrika Method
Our ghee begins with indigenous cows raised in a cruelty-free, natural-farming environment. In our nurturing, balanced approach, the calf’s nourishment always comes first, and only a mindful portion of the remaining milk is set aside for ghee.Â
Their A2 milk is turned into fresh curd each morning and hand-churned using the Bilona method — a slow, mindful process that keeps the nutrition, satvik energy, and natural grains alive. In our nurturing, balanced approach, the wellbeing of the cow and her calf comes first.
The butter is then simmered gently in small batches.
Crafting in small quantities allows us to control purity, maintain consistency, and honour the traditional pace of ghee-making. It also means our stock will always be limited; not by strategy, but by sincerity.   Â
The Bhadrika Experience
When you bring Bhadrika into your home, you bring in food made with intention.
Ghee that’s clean, compassionate, and deeply connected to heritage.
Ghee that feels good for the body and right for the heart.
This is what ghee should be.
Honest, ethical, and whole.
